Voriconazole is restricted in use to the FDA approved indications: treatment of
invasive aspergillus, treatment of Scedosporium apiospermum (asexual form of
Pseudallescheria boydii) and Fusarium spp. in patients intolerant to or
refractory to other therapy.
Voriconazole will be automatically converted to the oral route for
patients who are able to take oral medicines. |
